Capabilities:
- Remedy Action Request System 5 or 6 administration (4 years)
- SQL (2 years)
- Good awarness of high quality service management
- Excelent knowledge of the Remedy technical enviroment with the ability to analyse, design and implement changes
- Strong IT background, including familiarity with Microsoft Windows 2000
- Articulate and able to deal with technical and non technical staff at all levels
- Good commercial awarness, ideally including some experience of supplier management
- Good project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and flexibility in adjusting work schedule to meet project needs.
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum secondary education.
Language Requirements:
- Good English written and oral skills. Experience in working within an English speaking environment an advantage
