Wymagania:	Possible candidates for this position should be well-motivated team players with lots of drive and enthusiasm. The ability to use initiative, whilst working with minimum supervision, is essential. The individual should possess excellent communication skills and be confident in dealing with people at all levels. Analytical skills and attention to detail are imperative to this role, together with excellent influential and organizational skills. Some technical understanding is desirable, as is a strong working knowledge, and an understanding, of IT infrastructures. Essential knowledge of: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, Remedy ARS. Desirable: Primus (Know-How), ITIL, knowledge of open system, midrange and wintel platforms. Educational Requirements: University level education (IT and other) Language Requirements: Fluent English written and oral skills.
