Wymagania:
  • Experience in using configuration management databases.
  • Analytical approach.
  • Understanding of technologies used in large oganisations to deliver IT services. Eye for detail, completer/finisher.
  • Able to write reports, conduct meetings and perform investigative work.
  • University level preffered.
  • Good oral and written English.
Obowiązki:
  • Data analysis to identify incorrect/incomplete information and liaise with the data owners to resolve.
  • Maintenance of Hardware Configuration Item to Service mappings.
  • Physical auditing and comparison with specific data base records.
  • Preparation of data for import into the data base Configuration Management:
  • Deal with requests for user assistance.
  • Production of reports from the data in the data base.
  • Creation and maintenance of user help and training materials.
  • Training people in the Use and Maintenance of the data base.
  • Identification of potential usability enhancements to the data base.
  • Monitor compliance with Configuration Management policies and procedures.
