Wymagania:
  • Experience of working in an ITIL-aligned Service Management organisation.
  • Experience of using reporting tools to build complex reports.
  • Familiarity with data models and querying SQL databases.
  • Experience of a complex operational environment and working with multiple Service Delivery Organisations.
  • Familiar with infrastructure technologies that are used to deliver services from a Data Centre Preferable.
  • Experience in analysing and reporting on quality of information in databases.
  • Experience of working in an ITIL-aligned Configuration Management organisation. ITIL qualified to foundation level Skills/Behaviours:
  • Works to develop strong two-way dialogues within the team and beyond.
  • Proactive in developing capabilities in area of responsibility, identifying and progressing opportunities for improvement.
  • Actively uses the specific tools to track trends and identify problems before they occur.
  • University level background preffered.
  • Very good English.
Obowiązki:
  • Accountable for the data quality processes in their scope. This includes ensuring the data managers understand their role, spotting process improvements and resolving processes responsible persons have project or support groups linked to them.
  • Identifies new items discovered in the global asset discovery tool and reconciles them. Identifies and reports exceptions to the Change Process to the Change Manager.
  • Identifies the Data Manager and Data Owner.
  • Identifies new data managers and trains them on the tool, processes and standards.
  • Identifies through audits and verification, exceptions in the data and facilitates the resolution of these. through the data manager.
  • Polices the information against defined standards and escalates where standards are not being met.
  • Reports data status to the Data Owner and Configuration Manager on a monthly basis.
  • Provides training upon request to users.
  • Creates advanced reports where not possible by users.
