- Minimum 3 years’ business experience
- Expect major part of experience in IT, with emphasis on operational management
- Good team and people management skills
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills, including when necessary skilfully assertive
- Clear commitment to Service Management Framework approach to IT Infrastructure management essential.
- Experience of managing teams to deliver Incident and Problem management processes
- ITIL certification (Red Badge level) desired Educational Requirements
- University level preffered Language Requirements
- Good oral and written English

| Obowiązki: |
- Enable the effective operation of the Global Problem Management Process
- Acting as champion for the new process
- Ensuring that stakeholder resources are appropriately identified and coached
- Creating and maintaining a network of the Problem Management
- Facilitate the resolution of the complex problems
- Assuring that problem escalation procedures are followed appropriately
- Prioritisation of problems from a global perspective
- Ensuring Post Implementation Reviews are conducted following major incidents, participating where required (e.g., facilitation) or desired (quality assurance and coaching)
- Assuring the analysis of the aggregate global incident data to identify key trends, looking at underlying causes of these trends and putting in place / taking corrective actions
- Review the efficiency & effectiveness of the problem management function and processes on a periodic basis e.g. sampling problems and known errors to verify process applied
- Review and update operational Problem Management documentation on a quarterly basis.
