Wymagania: English is a must as this is the basic language of our industry! Required are excellent communication skills in at least one of the following languages: German, Russian, Italian, French, etc., Sales and service oriented, Good organizational skills
Obowiązki: First line between this international airline company and passengers/customers/travel agents: • Conduct sales and consultancy with passengers: give the necessary information about flight schedules, prices and tariffs, in charge to make reservations and sell tickets, • Be closely in contact with customers enrolled in the frequent flyer program and furnish information about status and awards o Manage relationship with travel agents: wait list, group requests, seat reservations, refunds, etc.
