Wymagania: • Engineering, electrical engineering or computer science degree [Bachelor or Master] • Good technical knowledge in the area of networking (TCP/IP, routing protocols, switching) • Fluent in English Desirable skills • Knowledge of Microsoft (Active Directory, Exchange 2000/2003, Windows 2000 Server, SQL) or of Unix/Linux is desirable • Other technical knowledge or experience related to Cisco products and software is desirable 
Obowiązki: As a Customer Support Engineer your main responsibility will be to provide technical support for Cisco’s products to customers and partners via the telephone and/or through e-mail and based in one of our TAC Centres in either Brussels or Reading. Your responsibilities will include: - • Receiving and resolving complex issues and meeting customer needs • Working with other people to solve problems and enhance future products • Using debugging tools and lab simulations to analyse problems and identify solutions • Keeping up-to-date with new technology products in order to provide support as soon as they are launched in the market. As a Customer Support Engineer you will: - • Continually learn about in-depth networking issues – and strive to achieve CCIE status [Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert] • Be aware of the most recent products and technologies even before they are in the market • Be a technical expert in one or more technologies • Be part of the worldwide leading company in networking with centers throughout the globe • Be part of a strong team • Work with customers from around the world.
