The company was founded in 1993 by technical professionals from the Eindhoven University of Technology. Since then every year has shown a steep growth rate due to a very successful business concept. Currently the total organization consists of 220 employees (150.0 FTE), highly skilled and highly motivated and focused on results. The organization consists of 3 main customer-oriented departments. The Mixed Signal Group and the Digital Design Group are technological expertise centers active in the field of research and development. Complex design trajectories are executed in cross-functional development teams. The Electronic Solutions Group (ESG) covers the life cycle management of an electronic design. The 3 operations teams within ESG are managing the production, assembly and test of electronic products and systems in the range from 1 up to 50.000 units per year.

Wymagania:
  • Education / Experience: - master, bachelor or higher education degree in electronics

Obowiązki:
  • The Service Engineer is responsible for the execution of the service process. Products that are returned by our customers and which are suspected as defects need to be analyzed in order to come to a diagnosis about the problem. Afterwards the product needs to be repaired, a root cause analysis should be performed and a service report stating the diagnosis, the repair information and the corrective actions needs to be conducted. Besides that also complex failures from our production department need to be serviced as well, conducting a similar process. The main responsibility of the service engineer is to provide feedback about the root cause of the problem. Quality is the most important aspect of this position.
