| Sposób aplikowania: | In 2008 the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX) is offering the possibility to recruit and train nationals from different countries to support Spanish business internationalization processes. The in-company training program will comprise the following stages: An intensive one month Spanish language course to be followed by the candidates in their home countries. A one month training course by ICEX about the current Spanish economy and Spanish society in Madrid (Spain). A training period within the selected company so that young professionals get acquainted to the its structure and processes with good prospects for joining it in the young professional’s home country targeted by the company. This phase will last a minimum of three months and a maximum of five and will take place in Spain for the whole duration.
