Wymagania:	Fluency in English, knowledge of French and German would be an advantage Excellent communication and reporting skills Report writing experience using Crystal Reports, Business Objects, etc. Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, Citrix, VNC and database concepts Knowledge of system monitoring tools (HP Openview, Nagios, CA-NSM, OPS/Vega, Netcool or others) and VDI 5620 for managing MUX & Backbones is a strong plus Understanding of troubleshooting techniques for Windows, Linux and Unix network issues Variable shift work - 24/7 scheduling experience Ability to work well under pressure
Obowiązki:	Monitoring network systems Training and coaching team members Handling alerts Trouble ticket tracking Reporting on issues Communicating with counterparts worldwide
