Wymagania:
  • Bsc/Msc in Mechanical Engineering
  • 1 - 3 years of engineering experience within the process industrie
  • Experience with Piping or rotating equipment engineering
  • Knowledge of relevant Codes and Standards, such as; the ASME Codes, PED, API / ASTM Standards
  •  Ability to use PDS software or good knowledge with AutoCad/Microstation
  • Affinity to work on international, multidisciplinary turn-key projects in an off-shore environment
  • Experience with computer literacy for piping calculations, document processing, spreadsheets and databases
  • HSE (health, safety, environment) awareness
  • Fluent in English and willing to travel.
Obowiązki:
  • The Piping Engineer prepares technical specifications (including strength calculations) for pipe, piping components, valves and special piping items.
  • These specifications are the basis for material requisitions of all piping related items. Evaluation of vendor quotations takes place in close cooperation with Procurement, followed by review of vendor documentation after placing the order. Main tasks are: - Modelling equipment in PDS using information from data sheets, vendor details and equipment layouts and including nozzle, ladder and platform design and orientation. - Input of piping for initial study work using information from process flow sheets, equipment layouts and plot plans.
  • Detailed input of piping systems incorporating all necessary line slopes, instrumentation, valves and special design items
  • Input of 3D pipe support systems.
  • Generation of isometrics from a 3D model. - Generation of equipment layouts from a 3D model.
