• university Degree;
• experience in performing training sessions will be an asset;
• good knowledge of German and English languages;
• demonstrate effective communicate skills;
• posses a strong understanding of current technology;
• ability to maintain a high level of energy when facilitating a class;
• ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment;
• ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.

• partner with operations management to evaluate the effectiveness of new hire and ongoing training;
• assess student performance. Coach, deliver feedback and monitor student progress toward performance standards during Stream Line process;
• recommend curriculum modifications or enhancements to training management;
• develop and maintain reports to meet department and client requirements;
• maintain department training supplies;
• coordinate the maintenance of training equipment
