What you can expect Our 18 months lasting graduate program provides you with a unique opportunity to start and establish a career within the demanding automotive area. You will rapidly be given challenging tasks, work in various areas of the business, and step by step you take over more responsibility. You will work in engineering projects - including elements as analyzing, drafting, designing - from implementing to standardizing. In project teams you build up a large network of contacts across borders. Furthermore you will receive also specific training from internal and external experts. You will also be supported by a dedicated mentor.
