• degree in Financial Mathematics, IT, Econometrics or other quantitative science,
• strong IT skills - SQL, VBA, R or other programming experience an advantage,
• attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• excellent English both verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills,
• excellent PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
• familiarity with concepts on market risk and quantitative topics, e.g. yield curve bootstrapping, option pricing would be an advantage,
• knowledge of Reuters Eikon/Datascope and Bloomberg is beneficial.

• working with the IT, financial engineering and product teams (primarily based in New York and Dublin) to suggest and implement improvements to data processes, provide business specifications and perform user acceptance testing,
• working with 3rd party vendors for onboarding of new data or resolution of data issues,
• support onboarding of new functionalities (new analytics, regulatory forms),
• providing tier 2 support for the client service team locally on data issues,
• working closely with the tier 1 support team based in India - providing guidance and support for the day to day operations, troubleshooting ad hoc issues as they arise and coming up with a permanent fixes - be they procedure update or code change.
