Qualifications: •Minimum 2 years of relevant exposure to complex supply chains; •Preferred knowledge within exporting to Russia; •English and Polish speaking is a must. Russia will be an advantage; •Team player •Good communication skills

The Supply Chain Coordinator interacts with other organizations, such as supply and production, planning, customer service, Sales and logistics internally within the company and externally with different carriers in order to make sure we deliver on time. The Supply Chain Coordinator will assume following responsibilities in their first assignment: *Cooperate with operation / production managers *Production planning in cooperation with production managers *Monitor production progress on all orders *Share load plans and shipping documents with freight forwarder *Book transports *Work actively with producers to avoid production delays *Plan optimal loads based upon existing orders and delivery locations *Prepare and maintain production / delivery status *Prepare shipping documents *Delivery follow-up and feedback to the seller, purchaser in case of deviation *Delivery coordination with production, transport, purchaser and seller *Invoices - verification and control *Ensure documentation from the suppliers of certified products *Reporting of discrepancies in relation to orders and quality procedures
