• Advise and guide on product offerings to markets based on consumer insights and production possibilities/limitations; • Suggest and develop new concepts in collaboration with our New Product Development department; • Working closely with production facilities – maintaining current assortment and implementing new products; • Keep customers assortment competitive and relevant for the consumers in cooperation with sales; • Partner to Sales, Procurement and Production; • Participation in process, product and production optimization projects

• The ideal candidate holds a Master degree in Business/Economy/Marketing and in addition has 2-3 years of experience working with international FMCG production company; • Your knowledge about product development process and market intelligence projects will be an advantage; • You speak and write fluently English, German is an advantage, and you are profound user of MS office tools e.g. Power Point and Excel; • You are a structured, energetic and outgoing person who masters both working as a team player as well as independently; • You are result-oriented and possess good communication skills; • You have got an analytical approach to tasks, open minded and flexible and able to handle short deadlines; • You must expect around 20 travelling days a year.
