Siemens Energy invites graduates of Engineering faculties or students of last years of Engineering or Masters degree to apply for the unique Internship Program in our Energy Engineering Center located in Elbląg. The Internship will be dedicated to provide technical, logistics, organizational and problem solving support for our Service Engineers working on energy and industrial plants all over the World. The Internship is a chance to get knowledge and experience from the area of managing energy projects, elements of supply chain management and utilization of technical knowledge of turbomachinery in supporting the team in problem solving in course of their work.

Wymagania:
  •  Graduated from at least engineering degree studies or during Masters studies (at least II nd year) - faculty of Mechanical Engineering or other related to Turbomachinery
  • English language skills – min. B1/B2 level 
  • German language skills are an extra advantage 
  • Availability to work full time (Mon-Fri)
  • Availability for business travels in the second half of the Internship (approx. 10% of working time)
  • Ability to read technical drawings, piping schemes
  • Knowledge of mechanics, metrology, machine construction principles 
  • Knowledge of office and IT tools – MS Office package 
  • High motivation to learn on daily basis and increase technical, project management, SCM and planning competences
  • Feasibility in networking with others and developing communication skills
  • Decision making skills, high level of ownership and problem solving approach
Obowiązki:

Support the Field Service Operational Site Support in:

  • Planning of engineers’ work timetables
  • Planning human resources for projects (in terms of needed scope in numbers, technical qualifications, working hours)
  • Planning materials, tools, spare parts supplies in terms of economic and technical aspects
  • Monitoring the progress of works on construction sites, of timetables goals realization, cost control
  • Fast reacting on changing situation and needs on projects
  • Technical support for engineers working on sites – including team problem solving and advisory regarding technical issues
  • Preparing of the technical documentation
