To be successful in this role we expect you to have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in direct site monitoring in the pharmaceutical company or Clinical Research Organisation (ideally in an international setup)
• Master’s degree in preferably Life Sciences or similar
• IT proficiency: MS Office, clinical trials systems (e.g. IMPACT, IWRS, ePRO, CONNECT, HOT)
• Fluent English and Polish verbal and writing skills - Driving license
• Self-confidence to build and maintain relationships with sites
• Team oriented personality with high degree of flexibility

• Being the main point of contact between site staff and Novo Nordisk. Acting as ambassador for the company and contribution to making Novo Nordisk the preferred partner. Establishing and maintaining the professional relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting Site Management with the feasibility, selection and initiation of sites as well as conduct and closing activities of the appointed studies in compliance with local regulations, ICH-GCP, Novo Nordisk procedures and protocol requirements to ensure data quality and study subject protection.
• Delivering of results that have direct impact on the successful completion of the clinical programme,  Communicating progress, critical issues that may impair the trial progress and proposing possible solutions or improvements to Regional Trial Manager (RTM)
• Assisting with audits and inspections at sites and in the affiliate - Sharing knowledge with others through training delivery (NN employees and site staff), mentoring, performing co-monitoring visits (including cross-country)
• Participating in the company initiatives and driving implementation in the affiliate Qualifications
