WHAT YOU’LL DO Customize and configure the Dynamics 365 platform Assist in translating business requirements into functional specifications Continuously review and assess the evolving solution Oversee functional testing and integration efforts Collaborate with the team for a smooth transition to production Document customizations and configurations Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting Stay updated on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features Suggest improvements, especially leveraging new features Verify issue resolutions Execute test scripts, report results, and set up test environments
